Update after their reply; My mom decided to live with the damage rather than deal with Pam anymore.
They damaged the drywall around one of the electrical outlets, almost fell through the ceiling and damaged a thermostat. They said they would fix all the damage, but did not.
We hired them to install a ceiling fan, they talked my mom into installing a whole house exhaust fan that only ventilates the attic and is not connected to any of the house so it is just an attic fan and not a "whole house" fan.
I asked them to install a switch for the ceiling fan and just wire it up so I could finish it later because the fan my mom got wouldn't work on a sloped ceiling so I reduced their work, but they didn't install the switch. When I asked them to come back and install the switch, they said they couldn't touch anything connected to our old main panel, but that is obviously a lie because they had already connected an attic fan and switch to it.
John the installer did a decent job, but Pam is unprofessional and very difficult to work with.

This company was patient waiting for the construction company's delays then coming in and completing their work in two days. They did a flawless job connecting my garage to my home power system. They also upgraded my current system in my home installing 5 new outlets in my home. All this for a more reasonable price then several of their competitors. I highly recommend this company! Trevor & Chris came out to diagnose my kitchen sockets. Turns out home needs surge protection since I'm in an area with many outages. Sadly, I didn't know about this sooner, fridge and dishwasher were fried during last outage. Kilowatt team is very knowledgeable, on time, and respectful. They'll be back to setup my panel surge protector.
