If I could rate lower than one star, I would. I guess in this state realtors contact the sellers to make an appointment to show your home. Unheard of where I am from. Twice now one of their so called realtors have called to show our home within a two week timeframe, and without any call or explanation afterwards, failed to even show. When you call these cut rate morons, some woman who sounds like she just rolled over and answered the phone appears to not know if she is on foot or horseback. Then "John Glavin" who also has a moving company and screws people on that end as well, basically says, "Sorry, nothing I can do about it." Then I get get a call from Diane Dick or Dicky, (After dealing with her I think the former is more appropriate) ,the realtor who made the appointment saying that at the last minute, "They simply didn't feel like coming." Rather than calling me prior to the time that they were due here or even apologizing, she was laughing into the phone and telling me that I was over reacting to the situation by complaining about it! Wow! I wouldn't hire these incompetents to to clean my home much less sell it!
"So many people either don't bother with or forget to leave reviews. I live by reviews and have discovered over the years that they are almost as accurate as scientific polls. My guess is if everyone who ever used this company for any reason left a review, there would be hundreds of bad reviews. Now my guess is the realtors who work there will ask everyone they know to give them a 5 ⭐️ review!"
