I can't say enough good things about this program and the team who guides folks through it.I was hesitant to start because there's always a reason not to - it's football season or it's the holidays or someone has a birthday. The meal plan is pretty extreme; you're given a clear set of guidelines and a list of in/out foods. For 17 weeks, I ate protein supplements (provided by 3010), vegetables, and animal protein. It was the best elimination diet I've ever been on. Within 2 or 3 weeks, I felt so much better. I slept through the night vs. my prior insomnia and repeated wake-ups. My mental health improved as well. I felt less foggy and could easily make it through the day without the post-lunch slump I was used to. Navigating Seattle's hills on foot got easier and easier. When I first went in for consultation, I was worried it was going to be very plasticky and sales pitch-y. I wasn't keen on the idea of people who have never struggled with weight telling me how easy it is to lose weight. That wasn't the experience I had at all. I believe all the coaches at this location have done the program themselves so they were knowledgeable and honest. Right away I felt like I was talking to friends who would support me, not coaches being paid to shame me. In fact, there was never any shame - any time I slipped up, we brainstormed ideas of how I could change things up to prevent boredom or decisions that could impede my progress. The coaches are real humans with experience and stories and empathy. They are all completely wonderful, and while I'm happy to no longer be on plan (so nice to eat fruit again!), I'm sad that I don't get to see them every week. The plan is hard. It's a big commitment. It's not something I'd take on lightly. It's fairly expensive. You'll miss your favorite foods (I daydreamed about pizza and tacos constantly). The cravings will not go away, but you'll learn to better manage them and find healthy alternatives. And on the other end, fruit will taste like candy and saying no to donuts in the office will be easier. You're expected to eat well through the week, track your food, water, and exercise (recommended 30 minute walks each day), and check in at the location once a week. There's no alcohol, sugar, fruit, nuts, avocado, or dairy on plan. Through the elimination of those things, I actually found out I'm very lactose intolerant. So in addition to relearning your relationship with food, how to cook and be creative with healthier options, and strengthening your willpower muscles, you may learn somethings about your body. I miss cheese A LOT, but it has been awesome finally listening to my body and figuring out what it needs and what it can't handle. At the end of my program, I lost about 45 pounds. I've moved into maintenance and the things I learned on program really stuck. I know how to read a nutrition label now. I make better choices at the grocery store and when I'm eating out. I don't eat a bowl of rice and a spoonful of peanut butter for dinner. I'm eating more whole foods than I've ever eaten in my life. It was a total body and mind transformation, and I am so grateful to have found this place. If you are ready to make a change and feel better physically, mentally, and emotionally, I 100% recommend you stop by 30/10.

The weight loss is effective, but only because you are starving yourself. I ate so little that I was experiencing headaches and wooziness 24/7 despite taking supplements. After the program was over, my body immediately put back on 10-15 pounds.

With the help of 3010 Weight Loss for Life I have lost 85 pounds (so far).  This program works -- if you follow it.  If you don't, it won't.  It's pretty simple really.  Although it is a bit expensive, I thought of it as an investment in me -- my health, body and life.  To be honest, the price made it even easier for me to follow.  Why waste the money if you don't stick to it?  Also, the support you get from the women who work at this location is wonderful.  I look forward each week when I come in for weigh-ins and feel I can ask questions, vent and get good advice from people who have actually used the program and products.  Can't say enough good things about 3010...

I have to echo what others have said, this is a great program if you can commit to yourself and what you need to do. I lost 40 lbs. in 16 weeks while traveling for work at least 1x per month.  Everyone was really supportive, knowledgeable and fun!  I feel great and am maintaining my new self. I watched two other people go through this before me so I went in with my eyes wide open. So glad I did!

This is a really great program that works if you stick to it and commit to your meal prepping. I'm a tall guy in my early 30s and have gone from 265 to 195 in 18 weeks. As the weight came off, exercise and activity became easier and easier,  which helped keep the fat burning. There were even times late into the program where I would lose 4 or 5 pounds in a week. I'm still losing weight and will finish healthier than I've ever been. The staff is friendly and encouraging, and the office is clean and comfortable. Parking has usually been decent and affordable when I had my appointments in the mid-morning. The only negative thing I can say is that they don't offer Saturday appointments like some other 3010 locations do. I had to rearrange my work schedule to make the recurring checkins every week, which required some effort, but was more than worth it.
