Pearls & Lace Wedding Place

Julie was really sweet and fantastic today! I went to five other salons but this store by far has the best customer service! Not only did she find my dream dress for me within 2 minutes walking into the store but she was able to help with financial options as well!! I would definitely recommend this place for any brides who want great customer service and affordable dresses :)

My sister got her dress here! We had an awesome experience. We came in and happened to be the only ones there at the time. It was great to be able to look at all the gowns without time pressure and with enough space. I know three other brides that have gotten their dresses here and they only had good things to say! I'm currently encouraging a friend to come here and shop as well, it's that good!!

I'll start by saying that this store has lots of beautiful dresses and definitely has lots of great options. The problem definitely wasn't wirh their selection. But we had terrible service. First off they don't make appointments, which was a little concerning but I was ensured my sister (the bride) would have all her needs met with help getting dressed and help searching for the perfect dress. Unfortunately that was not the case. We were the only ones I'm the store and they pretty much just told us to look around and grab whatever and put it in our dressing room. But not shortly after we got there another bride came in and I was taken aback because they were MUCH more helpful with her. They didn't help us shop at all, the consultant was just there to zip and unzip and clip the dress then she would leave us for the other bride. This bride came in looking like she had money to blow and it was clear where there priorities were. If your looking for a wonderful experience I would recommend blue sky bridal in Seattle, we had a much better experience there.
