Kid's Club

I took my daughter for bang trim for the third time. First two were really good and I came back for the third. I told the lady to cut it covering the eyebrows about three times and not to cut the sides too much just as she did the last two times, she said she remembered and she did the complete opposite! I know hair grows but I was so angry I didn’t know what to do, she cut her hair terribly bad! I don’t think I will come back!

To the owner- Susan is a fantastic employee! She was extremely helpful and friendly. I even purchased more than I intended just because she was so pleasant to deal with. Would definitely shop here again if in the area.

Terrible pic quality of first haircut. Wet hair a memorabilia into little plastic bag. Have to remove and dry it. When ask to retake picture got refused. Bad customer service.

They aren't serving people who've recovered from COVID-19. I let them know I had COVID-19 several months ago and had fully recovered, but they wouldn't let me in. It's an arbitrary policy. They're okay letting in people who have been exposed to COVID-19. Edit: I was wearing a mask and had no temperature, which per the owner's response, should mean they should have been okay letting me in. If you go and get denied service, perhaps ask for the owner.

Nahn is amazing! We got my toddler’s first two hair cuts at Kids club and they were great. Went someplace else for his third and that experience wasn’t at all like Kids Club. Kiddo now cries at haircuts and Nahn did an amazing job giving him a great cut while trying to soothe him and keep him calm. I will definitely keep coming back here.
