The service was streamlined and he ensured that my car was parked in a safe location at the destination and provided me with photos to put my mind at ease. I accidentally locked my keys in my car at work last Sunday morning and had to call my insurance company for an assist....State Towing and Recovery came to my rescue and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome! Communication was great, and Mohammed called when he was close to arriving. He had my car unlocked just about as quickly as I do *with* my keys! He was very kind, courteous, and made the experience as painless as possible. Absolutely using his team again the next time I'm in a bind! Thanks!

Jeff towed my truck from Kent to Spanaway. He was very professional and got it home without a scratch. I would highly recommend them if you have the unfortunate experience of having a major failure happen while driving.

I needed my car towed from Spanaway to Burien, I was using my roadside assistance from SF. Two other companies agreed to tow but then canceled after waiting and waiting. Muhammad was the third tow co and he arrived on time, towed and was in full communication with me the whole time since I wasnt there at pick up. Took pictures of the drop off.
