Ashleigh is amazing and I highly recommend Blue Haven. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable for my first time receiving an injectable. During the initial consultation, she made it clear that I am not obligated to follow through with the procedure and took the liberty of calculating the price for me. She listened to my concerns, offered advice based on her expertise, and was very gentle with me. The reception staff were also very kind! All-around a great experience. I will be going back.

They told me that I would be hairless after 6 laser hair removal treatments, but after 11 treatments my hair is barely thinned in most areas. Biggest waste of money I've ever spent. (For reference, I have pale skin and fairly dark brown hair)

I've been coming here for years for Botox only. They never up-sell me or make me feel awkward, it's always super professional and they give me the exact service that I have made my appointment for. I sincerely appreciate that! None of... "you could by this product" or... "you could benefit from XYZ." They give me exactly what I ask for and are happy to do so! Plus, the front staff that check you in/help make your appointments are always so cheery, happy to talk to you. And they help you find a great time that fits in your schedule. All around 100% a great team for the years I've been going. I really appreciate this business and highly recommend!

I have been going to Blue Haven for the past two years and have seen AMAZING improvements in my skin! The reception staff is so friendly and always quick to respond to appointment requests. They even call me if theyre having a special on products I typically use, which is amazing and appreciated! I have facials every few months with Diane and couldnt be happier! Diane is so great about telling you what shes going to do, is gentle in her work but gets the job done right :) She is great about recommending products but never pushing a certain brand or item just to sell you on it. She makes you comfortable in discussing skin routines with zero judgement and works with you to create a skin regime to fit your lifestyle. Diane is seriously THE BEST and Ill be a client for life!

Everyone is very nice, but I unfortunately ended up with permanent scars from having laser done here. I'd had laser done previously multiple times at two other places and never had this issue before. Ask lots of questions before you start!
