I purchased a home with AP Systems micro inverters and they were extremely responsive to help me get the warranty and login switched over to my wife and I.

We've only had success with their products and support staff. An honorable mention would be Jonathan in technical support. He is always positive and helpful when it comes to diagnose and troubleshoot on site problems. Looking forward to the next line of micro-inverters.

Installed a few systems of these. Had a failure of one inverter diagnosed, but when company initially refused to replace I raised some heck. Their team stepped up and made the corrections needed. Nice plug and play product, but seem to be resolving some "growing pain" issues during my experience. Their effort to resolve brought my review from one star to four.

I have installed hundreds of these and have had a couple fail. I must have 25 systems installed with these at least. The failure rate is pretty slight. Tech support is good, but not awesome. I'm not sure why they required the other poster to go on site. I love these microinverters. They don't hang on a customer wall and make a humming noise like a traditional single inverter and they can last 25 years while other manufacturer inverters burn out in maybe 10. The best part is commissioning. You don't have to spend hours going through a manual trying to figure out what to do. Its very simple. Also, inspections are a breeze since no DC current leaves the array. Inspectors like it. Rapid shutdown is inherent with these. No extra equipment to install. I am annoyed they did away with the PLC communication and replaced with wireless. PLC was just fine. Wireless raises questions about EMFs. Really??? But, the monitoring portal is far and away the best I've seen among the competition. Clear data, easy to read, beautiful layout. It makes solar fun and enjoyable. Not a mickey mouse reporting program like some of the others. Hands down these Microinverters are the best among all inverters. I can't say enough. I would give 5 stars except for the PLC thing.

Good products but they try and lock up there little network so if u r a home owner or even business u cant fix anything yourself u cant even get on there app to monitor your system that u paid for without a registration code to get this u must provide u r a business or licensed installer. They do this to try and get installers to use there products and then once the products r installed any service or warranty work must be done by installer you cant even replace a failed part, call the installer this is going to cost u money all the time for the service calls. Sounds alot like how the auto companies used to try and force u to go to the dealer all the time
