Dr. Mazeika is a truly wonderful doctor and under his care I have been able to finally start sleeping better and maintaining it so that I have begun to slowly feel human again. I I couldn't recommend him more highly! The testing he does is thorough!

Why go to Sound Sleep Health? Dr. Mazeika left no stone unturned to assure my health, welfare, and prosperity were met. I had the pleasure of meeting such a extraordinary sleep medicine practice here with Sound Sleep Health at Northgate. CPAP Technician was very clear, concise, and had a positive disposition. I learned a lot from from him. For instance, I learned about using the CPAP machine, and accessories, such as mask fitting, humidifier chamber, and even the right type of water to use. *Distilled water only. Receptionists, and medical assistants were all charming, kind-hearted, informative, sincere, compassionate, and professional. I felt all my questions were answered, and I truly felt appreciated, respected, and treated kindly. Why get a sleep study? In short, to prolong your life expectancy, and sleep in bliss- get the "deep" sleep" state. Deep sleep phase means your body repairs itself, dreams halted completely, nature takes it's course, and homeostasis begins in the body. Sleep is very important factor in enjoying life, and prolonging it as well. Therefore, I highly suggest getting a sleep study as soon as possible. The CPAP technology is there for the taking, thus it would be nonsense to delay it. ******Sleep problem red flags*****^^^ If your love ones snore a lot at night, snooze, or fall asleep everywhere too frequently, and yet still having lack of energy, then it's possible their having sleep disorders. A simple oximeter reading on your next primary doctor's visit is a way to check on your sleep health, or the oxygen in your blood.
