        After living in the 'hood for a year, I finally tried the Mandarin up the hill from me on a Saturday night. I ordered fried rice, egg foo young, and Gen. Tao's chicken from the on line menu which amounted to $22 and would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived to pick up my food, I had to wait another 20 minutes. It wasn't busy with only two tables seated; and when my food was finally ready, the cost was over $29. I was taken back and asked about the wrong prices on the internet menu; and was told the prices went up. There was an ample amount of each item I ordered, and was only fair. There's better Chinese food than this, and not as expensive.
