The technician explained the possible outcomes once the appliance was opened, and explained the cost difference depending on the complications. The technician was respectful, truthful, and capable. Leo from Seattle Sub Zero Repiar came to repair our sub zero refrigerator on the same day as the initial phone call. The cooling fan motor had gone out. Leo had one in his van. He also recommended the weather strips to be replaced since the fridge is more than 10 years old and they have seen better days. Those had to be ordered and he came back for a second visit to install them. He was on time, both visits, as I was given a 3 hour window, as well as a text, 35 min prior to his arrival. Can not recommend Seattle Sub Zero Repair enough. They did such a wonderful job fixing our fridge. Reasonable prices. Extremely nice staff. I will call them again and again for any repair we may need.

Serge was wonderful he saved us a ton of money by figuring out we did not need a new ice maker for our Subzero refrigerator. Instead he figured out the drain line was clogged causing water to pool at the bottom of the freezer. Very prompt, courteous and obviously honest! Also very presentable and kept the work area clean…
