        Customer Service was Cold, and order minimums were fine until you want to add your cities name to a postcard you then have to spend 1000 dollars to have ten different postcards. No credit, no net 30 or 60, Bill was quite frankly rude. This is not an easy company to work with, all around.

        They would get zero stars from me if I could. I ordered masks from them near the end of July. they were shipped on 8/3/20 per them. It's now 8/30/20 and I have yet to receive them. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago. They replied on 8/14/20 saying because of COVID shipping is taking longer but I should have within the next week. I have ordered other items online from other companies after I ordered the masks and have received my items. I am very unhappy with this company.

        The whole process took almost two months, and a ridiculous amount of legwork on our part, but we eventually received our replacement and we are happy. Lots of room for improvement.
