Jerry's Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Our water heater was 11 years old, so I did some research and reached out to a few plumbers. One quote was $200 more than Jerry for the exact same work...same heater. Another plumber quoted the same price but said he didn't like to involve the city for their required inspection. Pablo did a great job,set it up to code, and even helped with a quick shower issue free of charge. I can see why he has so many great reviews and is in demand. Will definitely use him for future plumbing needs.

We all want a great experience with a service company. Most of the time you get someone who comes in and does the work and leaves. It is always a 50/50 shot if they are competent or you have a disaster on your hands. These guys are the golden standard in their field. We’ve hired them three times now for various jobs around our 107 year old home. They always have paid attention to the little details around the company with an efficiency that always kept our best interest in mind. The crew worked nonstop with a main sewer line blockage we just had the other day. He dug up our front yard but wasn’t satisfied until the yard was back to its original appearance when they finished. They even power washed our sidewalk to remove the evidence they had been there. You could select any company and receive great work but, nothing compares to a company that provides old fashion customer service values. That in itself is priceless in our opinion and we will defiantly be calling them for any future work.

We had Matt from Jerry Sewer Repair come out to fix a slow drain in our home. The plumbers were able to snake the clogged line as well as change out ourold sink trap plumbinh isuses. A few weeks later i was surprised to see that the trap itself was leaking when the sink was filled. Called Jerry to haveplumber come back out and look. Our plumber was nice as usually and went right to work. After taking apart the trap he found that my toddlers had shoved toothbrushes down the sink which was causing the overflow to leak. They kindly cleared the drain and put everything back together for us for NO CHARGE!You couldnt ask for a better customer experience then that. Thanks for the quick followup, care, and attention. Im sure we will be calling soon againfor another object stuck in one of our drains :)

Really happy that I found these plumbers for sewer drain they were local plumbers that provided fast response time to me out of the three other PLUMBING companies I reached out to and they were able to schedule me an appointment The technician was good about looking over my place and not finding any leaks plus they didn't charge me since there wasn't any problem they could find out currently. I had a water problems that spread from my kitchen to the dining room area. Fast and reliable honest plumbers and sewer drain specialists.

Yeah, when your sewer starts backing up and you're thinking, "Great. How much is THIS going to cost?" you head to Google read the reviews and hope that you've rolled the dice and picked the right guy. And this time, I won. Chuck was a tad late, but only because he was helping the previous customer who hada tricky situation on her hands, but once there, you could tell this is a stand-up guy. He came in, did his thing and was in and out in 40 minutes, getting our drain back to full-flowing. I had called a competitor that was recommended to me, and they said they couldn't come out until tomorrow. Their hourly rates? Exactly the same. He also passed along some tips about the right toilet paper to use, as most of the ones you probably don't break down and do nothing but help him get more business. A straight-talking Brooklyn native that hasn't lost the accent, has a hard-work ethic and pride in what he does because it helps people. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time.
