Wonderful service! It's hard to find someone as responsive who genuinely cares more than Ulises. We had a rat problem and Ulises came out the next day, identified the access point, and even gave us tips on how to seal up the space if we decided to fix it ourselves. We've also signed up for quarterly pest service to take care of ants and spiders, and it's been nice to catch up and chat every few months. Highly recommend Iliad Pest Management

Top notch service. Great communication. Showed up on time! The man was so kind! Great price and quoted up front. And my goodness! The ants are gone!!!!  This is a unique business and people don't operate like this anymore! Already referred to my mom and will probably use for my other places soon!

If you're looking for pest management at your home, Iliad Pest Management is the way to go. We had a horrible ant problem a couple of years ago and nothing worked. Orkin was absolutely useless and other companies were really expensive. Iliad Pest Management's price points are very reasonable and Ulises offers incredible service. He's extremely professional, takes the time to get to know us with every visit, and even comes over for free touch ups if we see a flare up of ants/other pests outside of our regular quarterly treatment. Not to mention his treatments worked almost immediately and the ants disappeared overnight! I cannot recommend Iliad Pest Management enough. Seriously call Ulises today if you have a pest problem!
