WallyPark Airport Parking - Outdoor Self Park (SEA)

We arrived at the parking lot only to find out the lot was full. No customer service for refund. Don't use WallyPark unless you want to waste money.

Dont use this place. Almost missed my flight. The driver did not wait for us even though he saw us park at the location. No shuttle for another 20 mins. Same shuttle went to the garage instead of going to airport. Pickup experience was horrible too. Over 30 min wait to get a shuttle. 2 shuttles for other providers went by before we got one for this location. Attrotious service b never again.

Wally park has unfortunately become a very poorly run operation. The service has gone downhill consistently over the past several years and other competitors now offer superior price and service. I waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle while other parking shuttle came by every 5 minutes. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been trying to make a reservation at the Premier lot for four days. I have called for help, installed and uninstalled the app...I was frustrated. I called in again today to try and get this finished so we had parking for an upcoming trip.I mistakenly called the outdoor lot instead of the garage and got hold of Karan. At first, she didn't think she would be able to help me. My frustration was mounting. However, she went above and beyond to help me get my parking arranged. She took her time to go through and make the reservation for me at the correct lot.What would have been a  review is now    because of her. Thank you Karan from the Outdoor WallyPar!
