Great customer service-- competitive prices and a broad selection. I ordered a hospital bed and Michael Hoffert promptly alerted me about a wait time and suggested another (cheaper!) model in case I wanted it quickly.  I am on the East Coast and Michael responded to one of my questions before 7 a.m West Coast time! Delivery was super quick (the day after I put in the order), and they even set up the bed and showed how to use it. I recommend this store to anyone in the Seattle area.

I've used several DME providers in the past, and Bellevue Healthcare is the best one BY FAR!  Their customer service is outstanding, a rare gem in today's healthcare landscape.  They helped me to get a BIPAP quickly when I was in a pinch.  I was able to talk with the same few people each time I needed help, and that made it easy to get my questions answered and obtain the supplies I need.  I really appreciate these folks!

We stopped in without calling/making an appointment to get my grandma a walker after she had fallen. She'd never used a mobility device before and had a lot of questions, from the weight/size of the rollators to the colors, etc. The person helping us was so patient, even checking in the back for a different color when she insisted that the one on the floor was too "gloomy". I would say it was a little bit over the price on Amazon but it was so worth it for my grandmother to be able to try the rollator - they even let her take it up and down the sidewalk for a few minutes.

I called & human answered the phone! John listened to an issue w/my mom's oxygen equipment from another supplier & troubleshooted it over the phone. Terrific customer care!
