Made a reservation the day before, showed up on time, and got seen within minutes. Got my results within an ~hour (NAAT test, they commit to 3 or 4 hrs and beat that easily). Would definitely go again.

I booked a rapid NAAT test to get back into Canada. I called prior to booking an appointment to confirm the turnaround time and whether the test would comply with Canadian border requirements. The person I spoke to was very helpful and answered all my questions. On the day of my test, I called and was able to get in a few hours early. The staff were very nice and I received my results within half an hour. The results were easy to retrieve and satisfied the Canadian border guards. Very happy with my experience

I was taking my family to Canada for a couple of days and we needed to get tested to cross the border. We set up appointments online and showed up at the testing location on time. The employees were nice and great with my kids. We were in and out in about 10-15 minutes (for 5 of us). We had our results before we even got back to our hotel! Highly recommend!
