Vera Whole Health - Sand Point

I’ve gone here for a few years and have only ever had good experiences. It’s quick and easy, and whether I’ve needed meds or a blood draw or to get in quickly, they have always been able to accommodate easily. It usually feels like easy one stop shopping for healthcare. The health coaching program was good too.

It was very cold in the building and it had a foul sewer smell. Also, I was waiting in the waiting room for somebody to take me and I seen another patient sitting in the chair they did not clean up after them. I have a concern about this due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

I used to love getting my health needs taken care of here. The staff was friendly and personable BUT I HAVE BEEN IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 105 MINUTES!!! The service has gone downhill and it's obvious that their employees are extremely overworked. Let's not talk about the food and sewer smells that seem to permiate this office. I also don't enjoy the doctor chewing food while talking to me about my directives or reading me my test results over the phone with constant crunching and such. My M.A. was tied up running my labs so I asked another M.A. for a glass of water to which she replied "It's not my job to get yoyu water since you're not my patient". Wow is all I can say. I have asked my employer, Children's Hospital to cancel my Vera option. It's unfortunate that Vera has gone to the birds lately but I'm happy I never have to go back there again.
