The marina is a beautiful place to wake up to, everyone is a very friendly to live bye. If you don’t want large wakes from speeders then dock where the gate is. The tendent that is now running the place has raised the rent multiple times. She does not allow tenants to swim in marina because of stray currents which is insane. We are not allowed to keep are hoses on the dock lined up with the pipe anymore. Although she can be a nice lady. The marina is still a lovely place to live with everyone.

One star because it will not let me give none. Terrible place! The owner is the most sociopathic person I have ever met. Not to be trusted. Moorage will go up with no notice, tenants will be asked to leave with no notice. Electric bills are completely arbitrary and if you ask to see the billing (as per Washington state law) you will be asked to leave. Owner spent thousands to stop the Bike path because she thought it would hurt her values, then broke the law by installing a bike barge so she could charge residents for storage. Caretaker who ran the place for decades, let him go when he was diagnosed with cancer. He went into remission and tried to come back, they told him no. A tenant died there, with no one to pay the moorage the owner took the boat and rents it out, but endlessly griped about how inconvenient it was that he died without cleaning his boat better. Other tenants have been asked to leave with no notice so she could rent to larger boats, etc, etc, etc. Avoid this place, and it's owner, at all costs.
