        Their customer service was terrible. On collecting payment, they kept interupting me, with a lot of attitude and anger in their voice. I could barely get a few words out before they interupted me to tell me that they dont care and to just pay. I had no problem paying but when they called me back it was from an unrecognizable number and I wanted to have an email sent clarifying that they are who they say they are before I give my bank info over the phone. Thats not an unreasonable thing to ask for. It only made me feel more threatened and scared to give away my personal info. Theres effective, mature ways to talk to customers and that representative was just completely disregarding anything I had to say.
