Seattle's Best Limo & Town Car

It's been a couple of years (covid) since I've used this service. But I have used them several times. They were extremely prompt and courteous. The best thing in the world is when they pick you up to take you home from the airport. They ARE THERE! Great communication via text making sure they pick you up at prescribed meeting spot. We had a horrible experience with Shuttle express on more than one occasion. I was so thankful for these guys. I was even more pleased with their prices for what you get. I feel they were very reasonable. Oh, the cars are nice and so is the owner :) Sorry I took so long to leave a review.

An amazing luxury service that beats Uber any time. I have been using them since 2012 - always punctual, highest level of service, fast, safe, patient, and above all high integrity. Once I had forgotten my cell in his car - he drove all the way back in between other pickups and refused to take any payment! Owner’s name is Eli, takes advance schedule requests (with flight details for airport transportation) and provides prompt door to door luxury service. He is an amazing driver himself but all of his staff has been equally professional and good, same for all the cars. Can’t recommend them enough for personal, teens, or business travel. When using for airport arrivals, I give him my flight detail - they wait at the cell phone lot and pick me up straight from baggage claim as soon as I give them the door number. I use these guys for work and personal travel. They provide prompt and fast service that I think is considerably better than the light rail. I'd rather pay the fee than ride the Link

Prompt, courteous and easy to schedule. I travel a lot, and have found these guys to be among the best town car service out there. They use Square to allow for easy credit card payments and receipts via email/text which is *such* a blessing when filing expense reports, and also avoids the typical grumpy 'do you have cash' response I get when presenting a credit card. I was able to book a town car the other day by texting them and shortly afterwards they texted back and it was done. That's far easier than messing with web sites, and lets me schedule the car while I'm sitting in the airport terminal waiting for my departing flight.
