I have used this company for personal travel, business and family. They have never let me down. The vehicles are always clean and stocked with water and other amenities! Early morning and late night travel, they have never been late! I highly recommend them!

From the very instant I called I was treating with V.I.P. customer service. I completed an online form was sent a quick response and also received a phone call from a real person. When Star's V.I.P Limo's show up they were 10 mins early and the driver called to let us know he was ready to be of service with any of our luggage or if we even had a child seat to have put in the car. I would give Star's V.I.P. Limos Inc 10 stars if I could. If I were you I would choose Star's V.I.P. Limo's if you truly want to feel like a very important person.

HORRIBLE! We rented a town car and what they sent was something out of a bad movie. Front bumper didn't match the rest of the car (grey on a black car), the back bumper had paint chipping off it, and there was a broken window that was covered over by duct tape. I don't know how this service has received so many great reviews. The driver was nice, and was accommodating. But my personal vehicle is nicer than the Lincoln Town Car that showed up. This was rented for a wedding, and was an embarrassment. I guess this is what I get for booking last min.
