Even the payment process was quick and efficient. We recommend reaching out to Avid for all your local landscape projects and will definitely be keeping them top of our list.         Avid completed a very sizable (100k+) series of retaining walls and design project at a very low-access and steep site in Seattle for us. They creatively resolved several issues, especially some in-flight where utility location failed to identify locations that required us to alter the final design. Very stellar employees, respectful crew, and they were incredibly easy to work with and accommodating of our extra-mile requests to include an geo engineer's recommendations on a steep slope and changes to satisfy my tendency to over-engineer things. I highly recommend Sam Millar, Ken, and their construction team for future projects. They have been a pleasure to work with.
