What a delicious food truck. Eating Lao cuisine was a first for me and this was delicious. The golden wings are thick, meaty wings in a sweet and spicy sauce. The Pad Gra Pao was a perfect garlic chicken stir fry with definitely enough for more than one person/meal. The eggrolls were great and in a fun, triangular shape. Definitely stop by in South Lake Union every week day!

Eaily my favorite food truck in Seattle. The Pad Ga Prao (chicken basil stir fry) is so good, and a ton of food. Theyre only open on Mondays

Excellent food. The Laotian sausage special, which I dont remember the name of was so delicious and tasted like I was actually eating street food in Southeast Asia. The laab gai, a minced chicken dish was also good but not as flavorful as the special.
