THA House Cleaning Services Seattle

Update - LIARS!! the response from THA for my initial review is blatantly false. The audacity to lie in public about the number of people sent for cleaning. No, there were ONLY 2 people sent, not 3. I double checked the ring camera recording of the two people. Unless the third person was invisible or a ghost not visible us mortal humans. Public false statements about ones business and services amounts to FRAUD. May be the third member lied to the owner that they were present.We had a good experience last year and wanted to restart monthly cleaning. Bad idea. We scheduled a deep cleaning since it had been a while, though our home was pretty clean already. Scheduling was easy and two cleaners came by. First off, one of the cleaners was a trainee so the other spent a lot of time training him. Totally understand the training part, but why the hell should it be on my dime! They took a a whopping 5 hrs! Since they charge by person hour, it was $600. Not fair, it was as if they were slow on purpose to charge more. Bringing in a trainee, and making me pay for their training. Daylight robbery. I really didnt want to deal with searching new cleaners again, so decided to give them the benefit of doubt and mailed them to schedule a monthly follow up cleaning. The attitude! No response whatsoever even after 2 follow up emails.

I've been using them for regular cleaning and annual deep cleaning for about 5 years across 2 houses. They're so professional and sweet to my dog and flexible. They bill quickly and exactly what I expect, and take care of everything. I will always recommend them. Would rate 6 stars if I could.

Just had our initial deep cleaning today with Yana and Alex, the house is sparkly clean. They are great people and do a thorough job. Very grateful for their service and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Tanya and her team did an amazing job on our deep clean. We were moving into a short term rental while our house was being remodeled and it was in rough shape. Her crew of two rolled in and totally transformed the place- it was absolutely lovely when they were done.

I was looking for cleaning service for a long time and Im so lucky to found THA Cleaning! Theyve cleaned my condo from top to bottom, every corner of my house was cleaned by the team!
