        This visit to Lowe's was very quick and pleasant. I only needed a bath faucet diverter kit which I looked up online before heading to Lowe's. I was able to find the kit without any issues. All the aisles were well marked and there were plenty of employees available should I have needed to ask for assistance. I went midmorning in a weekday. Parking was not an issue and going through the self checkout was quick and easy.

        Customer service is terrible. I revisited the store to refund nails unused, an African-American lady with short dreads at the desk had recognized my presence then proceeded to walk away. Terrible service. In addition everything is locked up. It is well difficult to get hold of staff
