        Received a pedal and some accessories as a birthday gift from a family member. Went to return them a week after receiving them and was informed there's a ten percent re-stocking fee after 24 hours!

        Was going to buy a es-335 that had listed for $3400 then they raised the price to $4500. What the heck Thunderroads? They are price gouging before Christmas Update* 12/23/21 In response to owners response. Isnt this platform designed to share our experiences good or bad? You raised your price by 30% on this item overnight after having it listed at a different price. I did not have a good experience. Im not bashing small businesses. Completely disrespectful to say I cant write a review that you deserved.
