        Roommates and I live super close and have been walking out of our way down to Safeway. This QFC is, as one described, "a glorified corner store." There's only 3 self check-outs, and they're inattentively staffed and get long lines. They usually only have one full service lane open, and on more than one occasion I've still had to bag my own groceries (if I wanted to bag my own, I'd be using the self checkout). There's no space to wait for the checkout, so people get very angry with one another. Though that could be from the usually miserable, crotchety clientele. Also, because of the size, the selection is awful and the layout is SO confusing.
