Floss is Boss Dentistry for Children, I have recently finished building my dream practice with Big Sky Northwest. It's been such a long journey that Im not sure where to start when describing my experience with Dustin and his amazing team. For anyone who is thinking about taking this big step for the first time, I cant emphasize enough how important it is to surround yourself with a team that will help you reach your goal. I had been a dentist for 8 years prior to opening my office but had zero experience on the business side of things. To say that I was overwhelmed is an understatement. When Dustin asked me if I had picked a designer, bank, accountant, dental supply company, and what seemed like a million other things, I laughed and said those are all great questions. To be honest, it was at that moment when things became very real and scary. Dustin very calmly chuckled and told me things were gonna be alright. He had at least two if not three options for everyone that I needed to add to my team. It wasnt a situation where he was force feeding me people. He had worked with all these different people at one time or another and trusted them as partners in that given project. He basically explained to me that this was my project and that I should choose who I felt most comfortable working with. If he only gave me a single referral and we clashed, that could have held up the whole project or given me a result that I wasn't happy with. He was totally right like usual. I could end the review by saying how terrific the work is, which it is, but I would rather highlight the best feature of my experience which is the sense of family that Big Sky Northwest brings to the project. Working with Dustin and Chris (project manager) has been a dream. They made themselves available before, during and even after the project had been completed. It was like having two big brothers watching over me. It's easy to find someone that will build you an office, but it's an entirely different situation to have a team behind you doing everything they can to help you succeed. This is the only review I have ever written for anyone in my life and Im only doing so because of how Dustin and Chris have impacted my life for the better. If you choose Big Sky Northwest for your next project, you're choosing to hire an extension of your family. Be smart, be successful, and be rich, be in business with Big Sky Northwest!

We had the pleasure of working with Dustin and Chris on our scratch start up. From the beginning, their professionalism, but laid back approach, won us over. Constructing and opening in the middle of Covid presented many challenges, but Big Sky was on our side the entire way working through many building regulations and tough permitting. They've continued to stand by their work even after we opened. If you are considering a renovation or building a brand new dental office, don't hesitate to use Big Sky to build your business! Dustin, Chris and the team were great to work with. They worked around city delays and other obstacles to complete my physical therapy clinic on budget and on time. We made several last-minute adjustments to get the layout and design perfect. It came out exactly the way I imagined! If I ever go through this process again, Big Sky Northwest will be my first phone call.

We just had our new dental office in Downtown Seattle built by Big Sky Northwest. They did an excellent job, Dustin and Ryan met with our team weekly to ensure our expectations were met. They understood all of the nuance of dentistry and provided expert knowledge to the design process as well. The space turned out amazing! We get lots of complements from our patients on how good it looks. I would recommend Big Sky Northwest to anyone looking to have an office space built or remodeled.

Last year I used Big Sky Northwest for my start up dental practice. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and am very happy to have worked with them. Their upbeat demeanor, very open communication, and professionalism made working with them a truly positive experience. Dustin was always very responsive with any question or concern that I had. He also had several ideas from the start to help me save money but also keep my vision and high standards. Ryan was also so great to work with. He kept the project on track even when challenges arose and has even been available to help me with random questions a year later. These guys are truly honest and good people and I am so happy to have worked with them.
