        Such a gem of a garden. Original Olmstead Brother design has been preserved for the most part. Such wonderful flowers, rohdies, and trees, this is a multi-season garden and so worth the tour cost. I am going to get a membership so I can go back during all the different seasons and blooms. One of my favorite areas was the area near the house that the lead landscape designer was able to create and design things. Such a lovely mix of NW natives and new varieties. This is the first time I have seen a 'tree Dahlia' and now I want one very badly. The history of the property is such a great story along with decedents of the Dunn family living in the homes and sharing this wonderful space make this a fantastic example of adaptive re-use while still preserving the space and making it accessible to the public. The gardens are very respectful of their residential neighbors and you need to make an appointment to view the gardens in order to not overwhelm the street parking.
