John was able to replace our broken spring, replace broken rollers and gave the door a general overhaul. When my wife heard it for the first time after the repair, she had to check twice to make sure it was actually running because it was so quiet. My technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He showed me the problem and offered the remedy. He spent time with me on preventative maintenance. He discussed what I might be looking at in the near future as far as replacement of my door opener, but did not give me a hard sell which was very much appreciated. I will call Apex Garage Doors in the future with any of my garage door repair needs.

He did a thorough examination, and if replacement of any part was needed, he showed us exactly why, with no upsell. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. My garage door opener chain fell off and it would not stay, when I tried myself to put it back on and run the opener. The technician came as scheduled and did a good job of fixing the problem. He had to replace the drive shaft and gear assembly, as it was worn out and not stable to hold up and drive the chain. The technician had the assembly and he did replace it and adjusted the limit switches of the drive. Problem was resolved.
