        Wow, I will never order from here again and do yourself a favor and do the same. There are MUCH better florists in the area that actually deliver on time and provide better arrangements.

        Absolutely NO. So disappointed in my order - was NOT what was ordered, was a completely different arrangement and skimpy on the flowers. Also arrived TWO DAYS later than was supposed to. Do better Fran.

        We ordered flowers from here for my mothers celebration of life! They were beautiful, delivered the day before and 2 weeks later I still have some that just opened! They were also the most reasonably priced for what you get in the area! Big plus is the customer service! Everyone that was at the store was smiling and friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

        DO NOT BUY. I was gifted a bouquet of flowers for decoration for my wedding rehearsal. All the hydrangeas were dead on on arrival and brown. I called, and the receptionist said she would replace the flowers with a new delivery, then 4 hours later I received another call where the person on the phone called me a liar & she refused to honor the delivery. The photo attached is how they arrived. Atrocious customer service & 0 concern for ruining my rehearsal dinner decorations. Update after Frans response: the flowers were delivered Saturday night after their close of business. I called to leave a voicemail, but their mailbox was full. They are closed Sundays. The soonest possible time I could call and actually speak to them was in fact 2 days later. I called first thing on Monday morning as soon as they opened. Their response below is 100% indicative of the customer service you will receive. I personally believe that if they cant deliver alive and not frozen flowers into an INDOOR environment as they correctly state below, they should not be selling flowers. I received stunning flowers from other vendors in the same weather with no issue. Buyer be aware - do not support this awful business and horrible business owner.

      First, thank you so much for voicing your concerns. Second, we delivered your flowers to the indoor reception in good condition (it was 14 degrees on that weekend) and the driver who dropped them off confirmed that the flowers were in perfect condition. You called 2 days later to tell us they were "dead on arrival". However, when we review the picture you provided, the flowers show evidence of freezing. You could have put them outside because you were displeased with the arrangment and then the flowers froze. Since we have evidence proving they were delivered in good condition, our policy is we don't replace. We appriciate your buisness and we are very sorry about this incident.
