I am so disappointed in this clinic. I was prescribed B12 injections. After picking up my prescription last month I was too frightened to inject myself with the B12 so I went into urgent care. The doctor assisted me and reinsured me but if I ever needed assistance I could always go to my primary care office are back to urgent care. I was clearly mistaken. The staff at the clinic made a big ordeal. Why would it be a big ordeal if it's prescribed by the position that did my surgery I'm at the clinic where my primary care doctor is and the last injection was done at urgent Care. This is crazy and ridiculous. I went in for my shot and was just really violated they act as if it was a big deal to assist me with the B12 shot how ridiculous is that

Drs are okay but that's about it. Front reception are rude and uncaring, especially Brandon. Won't ever go there again!

The service is very poor from both the staff and the doctors. It makes me cringe to see health services not care about your well being. The staff will finish their gossip before checking you in and the health professionals treat you like your a fool.
