Terrible in er very disrespectful to veteran very unprofessional. VERY disappointed in my services they had no wheelchair to offer me for The er i have a broken ankle

This is about Google maps walking directions to here from Yesler and Broadway. "Mostly level"??? No way! One block pedestrian path with stairs or zig-zagging ramps from Yesler to Fir, another very steep block up 9th to Alder, and then a gradual 2 block uphill to Jefferson. Almost all uphill, in places steeply.

The Triage nurse is really passive aggressive. I saw some people wait for hours while others were seen right away. Seems like the trick is to be a nuisance if you want fast or any care at all. He was also on a power trip refering to the emergency room as his emergency room. Telling "certain" types of people that visiting hours were over and maybe he could do something "special for them" while groups of "other" types of people were rushed in to see their family right away. It was really weird and unsettling. He also kept misgendering a man so many times that his friend called the nurse out, he kept calling him she. Just no excuse for that on Capital Hill/First Hill. On the other hand the security guard who greets you and runs the metal detector may be one of the most chill, patient and polite people I've ever met. So the 1 star is for him and only him.
