Pharmacys customer service is truly hostile and they have little care as to how their behaviors affect the lives of their customers. Every month Im forced to call and confirm my prescription is ready, it never is, and they dont bother refilling it automatically. This month I waited 6 days without medication before calling them back and they Were still working on it. I received a text message ten minutes later that it was ready. Trying to get ahold of them is impossible most days, terrible manners, and youre treated like youre an inconvenience to them. No consistency with their text service. As someone whose profession lays in retail myself, Im horrified at how they operate their pharmacy. It almost feels like they operate with purposeful incompetence in avoidance of their responsibilities, take your money elsewhere.
