I'm a new patient. I must say, my first experience was magnificent. Without a doubt, the most thorough, gentle, professional cleaning I've ever had in my life. I'm sorry I didn't discover you years ago when I first moved to West Seattle.

Dr Yi is awesome he was super invested and fun to talk with and was not about trying to make money off of me. He just make sure my teeth were in good shape and the dental hygienist was first class. Highly recommend!!

This dentist is in very high demand and it took me a while to get in with them but it was worth it. Everyone is friendly and personable, they do great dental work, and they're the first dentist to really successfully persuade me to make meaningful changes in my dental habits, partly by forming a personal emotional connection, partly by coming up with some good arguments I'd never heard before. Not to mention being in the heart of downtown West Seattle where I can grab a nice lunch afterwards. Highly recommended.

I am so disappointed with this place. I've been a patient of Dr Yi's for 20 years or more(!), but for the past 5 years it has simply been impossible to get a reasonable appointment, they are always booked 6 months out. That's not what you're looking for when you choose your long-term dentist, it has literally affected the quality of my teeth. And this time, after waiting those 6 months and finally getting my time in the chair, I chatted with the office in advance to verify the time and date. The front desk not only wrote down the wrong phone number but also told me the wrong day(!), causing me to miss the appointment, then they continued the offense by charging me $50. Subsequent calls to Dr. Yi have gone unanswered. And now he sends a letter terminating our relationship because I'm obviously not going to pay for a scheduling error that was made by his own staff! The good news is we won't have to wait for 6 months any longer to see "our dentist", I'm moving the whole family to Dr. Holliday also in the Junction who is totally awesome and trustworthy.
