I've never had such a positive experience at the dentist. From the front desk to checking out, the whole process was professional, helpful, and upbeat. Everyone I worked with was informative and supportive - there was no pressure to pursue additional services, just information offered if I wanted it. My hygienist, Tiffany, was really wonderful, and she and Dr. Guerrero made my care feel easy, warm, and accessible. Highly recommend this practice.

Been going here for years and got sad that Dr.Roberts was leaving. But the new dentist's that took over are very kind, attentive and have a wealth of knowledge! I've never felt up-selled or anything, either.

Dr. Roberts suggested thousands of dollars of unnecessary work. Went back to my old dentist and he said my teeth were fine. Felt bullied here, was told I needed many crowns that I didn't. Was told that my teeth were so worn down that I needed a bite guard. The dentist was bullying, raised his voice at me when I questioned his suggestions. Get second opinions. Did not have a good experience at ALL. I went twice, just to make sure it wasn't just an off day.

I met with Dr. Song and she was incredibly personable and informative! The staff (Tiffany, Jan, Dan, and Trish up in the front) are all great friendly people too. The treatment plan I had with Dr. Roberts changed quite a bit, but I have every reason to believe I'm in good hands with my dental care.

Overall great experience. The team is more than willing to accommodate your schedule, as long as you are also somewhat flexible. Quick, thorough, painless, and fantastic service. The first visit is the longest and it is a dental consult, so plan accordingly. There is parking onsite and the office is conveniently located in Lower Queen Anne. Highly recommend.
