Dr. Butson and his staff have been very attentive and easy to work with. I feel comfortable asking any and every question regarding my treatment and dental care knowing that I will get the best in advice and recommendations. My particular case was very difficult so my general dentist referred me to Dr. Butson and seeing him was the best decision I could have made. I gathered so much information from the consultation and based on my level of comfort and the flexibility in payment options, not to mention the amount of time he spends with me at each appointment, I recommend Dr. Butson for any complex case.

I went to Dr Butson for a crown on my implant after being referred by a highly regarded surgeon. I had 2 visits: 1 for the impression and the second for the fitting, The receptionist was pleasant and attentive and Dr Buston was efficient and explained what he would be doing each time. He even checked back in with me after my second visit to see how everything was going. He seemed to truly care about the quality of my procedure.

My family of four moved to the Seattle area a few years ago and starting our search for a new dentist left a pit in my stomach however, I was fortunate enough to come in contact with Dr. Butson via our insurance and what a wonderful surprise it was to find him! He is not only the kindest dental provider that I have met thus far, he is also very knowledgeable and experienced. One of my family members was very nervous about starting over due to a traumatic experience that left her not wanting to meet anyone new however, she loves Dr. Butson now and doesn’t want to see anyone else! The office is located downtown across from the Hilton Hotel and the Washington Athletic Club, and parking is validated if you park in the designated garage. The building is accessible for wheelchairs via the entrance next to MOD Pizza which was very helpful for my mother. There is also a restroom on this level however, you will need a passcode. If you are looking for directions, most of the tenants are very helpful. The building seems to be well maintained. My husband had so many dental issues however, this was not a problem for Dr. Butson. He was able to address the situation and formed a team of knowledgeable specialists to help tackle his problems. He feels confident moving forward with treatment knowing that he is in good hands. We cannot emphasize enough how pleased we are with Dr. Butson and his staff. If you are looking for a new dentist, prosthodontist or hygienist, give this office a call. You will not be disappointed.
