We had known each other for about 15 years, and so we didn't think a counsellor could help us. But we decided to give us one last ditch effort. From the get go, Bryan created a safe and non-judgmental space where we could openly express our feelings and concerns. His approach was balanced and fair, ensuring that both of us felt heard and understood. He began with a personality quiz, which initially seemed superfluous to me. However, as we progressed, we gained profound insights into both ourselves and each other. We also became more in tune with our own needs and emotions, which has been invaluable in strengthening our relationship. Furthermore, Bryan provided PRACTICAL tools and frameworks to help us communicate more effectively. I highly recommend him. Don't even second guess; just reach out to him.

Totally different than any other counseling weve had. Their system makes improvements incrementally, but those increments build the whole relationship. This is the counseling you should try. It works.

I highly recommend investing in relationship & personal growth coaching. If you are someone who craves accountability and practicality, Bryan will be a great fit for you. We knew we needed someone who would give us real and specific strategies we could apply and follow up to ensure we did the work and reflected on the impact. I believe theres nothing more worthwhile than investing in your marriage, and doing it early, not waiting for things to degrade or deteriorate over time. We got a great foundation from Bryan and will likely be coming back for tune-ups as we go forward.

Counseling always felt like a last resort for me. My wife and I of 7 years at the time, were at the lowest we had ever been. After struggling to find a counselor for almost a year, we finally came across Kairos and the description resonated with me as a very process oriented person. I decided this would be a good fit if I was to engage in "counseling." Both of our lives were a chaotic mess that had no real cohesiveness to it. We put Bryan through many tests it felt like, and he never seemed to lose his patience. I kept thinking this guy is going to drop us soon because we are so dysfunctional, yet each session it felt like he was the one who showed up motivated and prepared to help us make our marriage work, especially when there were times that neither of us thought it could. Words will never do justice for how Bryan was committed to us as a total stranger. My wife and I are the best we've ever been. All the tools and support Bryan provided us has changed both of our lives, and in turn, our marriage for the better! We live in a crazy world and Bryans calm demeanor helped create a safe space to talk about anything and everything. We hope to keep in touch and will continue to reach back out if either one of us or our marriage ever needs a helping hand again!

This is a great program that I think anyone could truly benefit from, both personally and for your relationships. My wife and I feel more equipped to have healthier communication, we have a deeper understanding of one another, and a stronger relationship from the foundation we built through this program. Bryan is attentive, insightful, and has great tools to maintain trust, respect, and intimacy within your unique relationship. My wife and I are two ambitious minds with strong personalities that dont naturally align. But, in just a couple months, Bryan helped us develop a framework to not only understand one another better, but to learn more about ourselves, and the roles we play in creating that relationship. I find it hard to believe theres anyone who wouldnt benefit from Bryans help, whether thats more self-awareness, or at the least, tools to cultivate healthy relationships.
