EDIT: the district manager was very helpful and was able to get my full package that they had missing for me and was very nice throughout the entire transaction, once again they surprise me!! Hiring managers give out wrong info and prevented me from getting my full compensation package and hiring package.

Never again will we pay for next business day shipping or believe Tommy Bahama stores will do their job correctly. Needed the items for an event but they never arrived. Called corporate customer service and we are told, Im sorry, we are human, we make mistakes. But we did refund your $25 Funny, not funny! Ill remember that next time Im shopping and told by your store they can have it shipped to us overnight in time for our event. Thanks for nothing!

The fine print on the $50 store credit isn't a clever, it is a deceptive marketing practice

I have been a loyal Tommy Bahama customer for many years and after my recent purchase of the attractive Chip Shot Oxford Jacket on Nov. 19th 2022 at a San Diego Store location, I have noticed the quality of the zipper portion of the Jacket seems cheap and pulls apart and the entire zipper is plastic even the bottom part of the stopper and for $168.00 for this Jacket I would expect Tommy Bahama would source a much stronger zipper for their customers. This zipper wouldn't last more than a year and it's too bad T.B. would put cheap on a beautiful jacket such as the Oxford and I love it but will return it because I know what would eventually happen with a cheap zipper on an expensive jacket. It's like Tommy Bahama has gone so woke from the Seattle life style that it also concerns me for still purchasing anything from Tommy Bahama, not knowing if the makers and stylist are woke, as I don't want to direct my hard earned money to a Company based out of Seattle which doesn't seem to care too much for the quality concerns of their customers. This has been my recent experience with also the men's Boracay shorts I purchased last spring, 3 pairs of them which are already falling apart after washing, with the dye on seams bleeding out on first wash, this should not be happening. If I was the CEO of Tommy Bahama, relocation to a neutral City may be a good thing.

Aloha! First off, your company makes an excellent beach chair! But there’s one major problem with the ones that have pockets on the back! The zipper always get stuck if you live near the ocean!! Instead of zippers, why not just make flaps with velcro!! Think about it 🤙🏽
