        This place needs to be shut down. RealSelf is the main advertising platform for plastic surgeons. And patients can create an account and rate their surgeon. This sounds like a great idea, however, RealSelf deletes all the 1 -2 star Doctor reviews, written by patients who have had botched surgeries, medical complications from their plastic surgery and dangerous experiences with their plastic surgeons. As new users of the app only see mostly 3- 5 star reviews, and are completely unaware of all the 1-2 star Doctor reviews that are deleted, they go ahead and book surgeries through RealSelf. This is no doubt done so RealSelf can make more money, while having total disregard for silencing the voice of those who have had medical complications from their surgery. Totally corrupt.
