This company is broken beyond all belief. They are so hard to do business with. I twice tried to buy an iphone upgrade at their their Costco Kiosk in Montgomeryville, PA store and each time the order was not able to be placed and the folks there had no idea why and further had no interest in solving the issue. Trying to reach their HQ was a complete joke and impossible. Costco doesn't seem to have a handle on them either. If I were Costco and did not want to frustrate their customers I would ditch them ASAP. There has to be a more capable partner.

I worked with Efaz at the Costco in Shoreline. He was great! Additionally, Austin the site supervision was also awesome. He helped several older customers while I was waiting and his patience, clear communication, and respect was noteworthy. I enjoyed my experience.

Good luck dealing with these people. I had a problem and talked on the phone to a guy named Booze. he said he is the boss end of the line. No one else to escalate problems to. So if you have a problem with this company just call Booze. He will tell you where to go with your complaints. I just wanted to sign up for new service and activate 3 phones but they found a way to mess it up. One star because you cant post without at least one.
