10/10 would recommend, I inherited my late uncles gaming PC and I wanted to use it for both gaming and programming, only problem was I had windows 7 and had loads of old/broken hardware. I couldnt figure out how to update and diagnose the issue myself as a beginner in programming so I took my computer to a professional. After upgrading the SSD and installing windows 10 my computer is running new and better than ever, thanks dude!

I had an issue with a new component I was trying to install, and a weird issue was happening. I called in, and the gentleman working there helped guide me through several possible solutions, each accompanied by great explanations. Any tech issues I have in the future Im coming right back here.

When I called just now to try and schedule an appointment, the employee was EXTREMELY rude and short with me over the phone. Clearly was knowledgeable and was helpful in this way, but it felt like an interrogation he didn't have patience for.
