The whole web page says they replace volvo car keys....yet when you call they say they don't do Volvo....maybe someone should fix this as...just saying.

There was alot of runaround answers or none as to when my wifes car would be ready. They were dismissive about the need for knowing in advance so that she could make arrangements for our baby, child and get transportation. Then right before they closed they said the car was ready for pick up but that i (her husband) could not pick the vehicle up...... oh then sold us an incomplete key as well and wanted 20 dollars more for them to include the rest of it....... the whole reason the vehicle was there was to get a new key. The dealership has always be a nightmare to deal with and employees like Bradly lakson only solidifies my disgust for what they call professional service.
