I submitted a pre-order for some edibles on Tuesday $10 special. When I arrived at the store, my order had been lost due to a system update. The representative said I could have the items for $13 each which was about half the discount. I jumped through all the hoops and feels like a bait and switch. Big waste of time.

I go here, only bc I have to. Their selection is the largest and prices, the lowest, around here. Unfortunately, it seems most of the, younger, employees are not trained well on whom they can serve. They don't keep examples of ID's that they except on location. One employee made a deal about my wife's permanent residency green card. Actually tried to compare it to a federal prisoner's ID! Really? And then their trademark stanky answer... Your employees didn't even think to ask for a passport? Just argue and a weak apology from the owner.

I’m a regular customer. I had a problem with a recent order where one of the products was missing and I didn’t notice until a few days later. Assuming I would just have to eat the $50 it cost, but still tried. Jossi helped me out and exchanged my empty package. That kind of customer service will keep me a customer. Thanks to all the staff at WC!

The budtenders are the absolute best here ! I come in weekly if not multiple times lol Jenn is my absolute favorite she’s always kind and funny ! All around has such a great energy, always makes me feel welcome 😊
