        I have no issue with the bus service or their drivers, everything has been decent. However, their customer service (chat) is the worst of the worst. I have never experienced anything like this my whole life. One simple thing, I got conflicting information regarding my departure time from Vancouver. I reached out to them twice and each time I got a different confirmation. I even asked them to please double check their system carefully before getting back to me but none of them did.
