Just went in to get my car battery tested and replaced. The guys at this location made it super easy and I was in and out within 20 mins. They installed the new one and took the old. Great experience.

Came today on a Friday morning and was very fortunate to be assisted by Eduardo. He helped me find the right parts that I needed which included installation. Aside from the great customer service, he also had that warm human connection which helps putting my mind at ease when Ive been dealing with a ton of car-issues lately.

So I went into the O'Reilly's on lake City Way and ask for some help on getting an item the gentleman that was closing who is dark skinned and wear glasses accused me of stealing. I emptied out my pockets and after I showed I didn't have it, I didn't get so much as an apology. I've been shopping there for 7 and 1/2 years and never had an incident. There was people in there and it was really embarrassing so I feel that the guy should lose his job and I should be compensated in some way.

I like this location, not a bad spot to get coolant, spark plugs, or a bluetooth radio transmitter for a reasonable price

No questions asked/ easy return, just had to show a receipt and I got assistance with installing something . Really good service, nice people!
