Technician called me when he was 15 minutes out and told me that I would be responsible for providing parking for him. I said I could offer him a spot in my condo building's underground garage, or he could find street parking. He told me the garage was too small (despite not being at the address or even seeing the garage first). He drove the length of the block and did not immediately see a spot. He called me again. I physically pointed him to an open spot in the building's garage. He told me the vehicle would not fit (it would) and drove off. I have called out multiple types of service to my address (plumbing, electrical, internet services) and have never once had one of these services demand I provide them parking. They just park their vehicles on the street like any reasonable adult would. To have to wait a week and a half for an appointment with a tech for my nonfunctional refrigerator and then get this kind of attitude and lack of service has been infuriating. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Horrible service. Have been rescheduled 5 times over the course of 2.5 months to fix a valve on our heating system. Each time we call the company, we are transferred from one customer support person to another, all telling us different information. I was told today that the "part hasn't arrived", but was told yesterday and this morning that the part had arrived, but was with a different technician than the one they had scheduled for our services? A technician did come by 2.5 hours before the estimated arrival time, didn't knock or call when they said they did (my partner was at home by the door, no missed calls), left and rescheduled us 2 more times, now to mid-December. I genuinely don't think we will ever get a technician out here, and it feels like a scam. It's unfortunate that our home warranty has chosen to work with the company. Our home is freezing, they took our money and won't give us any real information. The amount of the 1-star reviews should tell you how little respect Sears has for its clients.
