        Stayed there for one night. Didn't expect the going rate of $2,800 a night. More like nightmare. Hope they resolve this soon.

        This Is the most disgusting rental property I have ever seen. Your view is garbage, homeless and freeway. The contracts are not rental friendly and the property manager is difficult to work with and they gouge you for every penny. You have to pay extra just to park there. The apartments themselves are run down, exposed wiring,rotted flooring, single pane windows. This slum Lord of a building should be torn down! Unlivable! Don't even waste your time.

        I've rented here for 2 years and have never had any problems. When I asked them to fix my shower and one of the building doors, they took care of it right away.
