The receptionists have the attitude of a Brooklyn deli- rude and unprofessional. Appointments are never on time and yet they tell patients their appointment time is 15 minutes before the actual appointment - so if you arrive on time, you'll wait 30-45 minutes regularly. Terrible management and no concept of "customer service".

Always have been very helpful both with their primary care and urgent care. Dr.Chacko especially! She really looks out for the betterment of her patients and listens to their concerns.

Took my daughter in for a covid test in october this year because she complained of a soar throat. This visit was coded under pharyngitis so could not get insurance to cover the cost. Then, my bill was sent to an address i lived at several years ago, i received no email or phone call, as the information was outdated (despite filling out the paperwork when the test was done), and eventually was contacted by a collections agency. It's been 3 weeks since I originally contacted Evergreen to have the bill corrected to show a covid vaccine, and the collection agency is still hounding me for a 113$ payment. The specialists on the phone with evergreen sound unenthusiastic and don't offer any sympathy or reason as to why these errors occurred. A simple covid test has turned into a year long insurance debacle.
